Expansion

This image is based on a beautiful sculpture by Paige Bradley called Expansion, this is my secondlife version of it.  The story behind the sculpture is as follows:

“From the moment we are born, the world tends to have a box already built for us to fit inside.  Our umbilical cord never seems to be severed; we only find new needs to fill. If we disconnected and severed our attachments, would we shatter our confinements and expand beyond our shell? Would the world look different?  Would we recognize ourselves? Are we the box that we are inside, and to be authentically ‘un-contained’ would we still be able to exist? This is the irony of containment. Waiting for Santa

Today I am decorating my RL house, so not much time for SL!  But still time to do a bit of the Women Only hunt, everything is on their Flair for Events website including photos at the bottom of the page.

This outfit just made itself.  I was just ambling around, running from advent calendar gifts, to 30L$ Saturday, to free gifts... as you do!  So many lovely designer presents at this time of year the time of giving, that it's hard to know where to go first!

I am also wearing an advent calendar gift from Sparrow Designs, Winter Fantasy Witch, which includes the cape, earrings and crown.  Not sure which day it was given, I am losing track!

My staff is from Talevin's Designs, there are usually MM boards and chairs with various staffs on at any time here.

Victoria's Secret Angel Gigi

I am inspired by some of the shots of the beautiful ladies at the Victoria's Secret Angels catwalk show this week, didn't they all look gorgeous!  I particularly admire Gigi Hadid, so this is my version of her outfit this week.  I also splashed out on a Logo mesh head, I hope it's a good choice!
